This policy explains what information PhoenixReverseMortgage.com ("we," "us," "this site") collects, how we use it, and, importantly, how we share it. We have tried to write it the way we write everything here: plainly.
The Short Version
- Reading this site requires no account and no personal information.
- We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
- If you submit a form, we collect what you type, and if you submit the lead form, we share that information with licensed mortgage professionals and marketing partners so they can contact you. That sharing is the site's business model, and we want you to understand it before you submit.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
Our lead form asks for your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, age qualification (whether the homeowner is 62 or older), estimated home value range, estimated mortgage balance range, preferred contact time, and your consent choice with a timestamp. Our contact form asks for your name, email, and message. We collect nothing you do not type or select.
Information collected automatically
Like nearly all websites, our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time). We use these for security and troubleshooting, and they are routinely deleted. The calculator runs entirely in your browser; the numbers you enter there are not transmitted to us.
How We Use and Share Information
When you submit the lead form with the consent box checked, we transmit your submission by email (via our form processing provider) and share it with one or more licensed mortgage lenders, brokers, or their marketing partners who serve Arizona, so that they can contact you about reverse mortgage products at the phone number and email you provided, including by autodialed calls and text messages as described in the consent language on the form. We may be compensated for this referral. We retain a copy of your submission, including the consent record and its timestamp, as legal documentation of your consent.
We use contact-form messages only to respond to you. We do not sell reader data beyond the lead-sharing described above, we do not share form data with anyone for purposes unrelated to your request, and we never ask for Social Security numbers, account numbers, or other sensitive financial identifiers, and you should not send them to us.
Your Choices and Rights
- Contact is optional. Every guide and tool on this site works without submitting any form.
- Consent can be revoked. You may withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time by telling the professional who contacts you to stop, by replying STOP to any text message, or by contacting us so we can notify partners we shared your information with.
- Access and deletion. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, via the contact page. We will honor verified requests within 45 days. Note that partners who already received your information maintain their own records; we will tell you who received your submission so you can direct requests to them as well.
Service Providers
Form submissions are processed by a third-party form delivery service that transmits them to our email; it processes your data only to deliver the submission. Our web hosting provider processes server logs as described above. We do not embed third-party analytics, social media widgets, or advertising networks.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security and Retention
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We keep lead submissions and consent records for as long as needed for legal documentation of consent (typically five years), then delete them.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
